• 50% of the invoice MUST be paid before the design process begins.
• NV does NOT offer any refunds--whether it be on pre-made or custom packages
• NV ONLY offers payment plans on any of its pre-made design packages/orders that exceed $100 or more (must be discussed beforehand for this to apply)
• Custom Packages must be paid IN FULL before any files are sent out. With the exception of the eBook cover for you to be able to do preorders.
• Design process can take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks.
